Rick was very patient, explaining everything to me, including tire tread wear, possible need of an engine tune - up, etc. He wrote up an estimate as well. The waiting area was very neat and clean and it was also nice that coffee was available. The oil change took just as long as I was told. Thanks for honoring my time as well!!

I brought my vehicle to Honest-1 Auto Care in Maple Grove for an oil change and to have my brakes inspected. I dropped my vehicle off and was very pleased with the communication I received from them. They called me as soon as the brakes had been inspected to give me the info and unfortunately the new regarding the remaining life of my brakepads, gave me a quote and had my vehicle ready for me at the time they indicated. Would definitely recommend their services!
