Always great service. I am greeted by a smile, a warm welcome and by name. Quick service and always a polite question about any other service that might be needed. I have been with them since it opened in Maple Grove. Six stars out of five.

My family and I have been going here for several years but this last time kind of made me want to avoid them. I brought my car in for AC and I had four warning lights on. They repaired the AC and a few other things totally about $1,300 then I get my car back and the four warning lights are still on, they just chose not to fix that issue. I brought the car back and they ended up finding out my transmission needed repair, costing me an additional $2,600. I still can't figure out how they missed $2,600 worth of damage the first time and how they just ignored one of the main reasons I brought my car in. Very ridiculous.

They did a very good job but I think they forgot to subtract my coupon from the total cost ? Auggie

Kind and professional folks! I went in for an oil change and checkup, my car was checked thoroughly for problems and given a clean bill of health, and now I can drive with peace of mind.

Besides general maintenance and oil change it was time to get new tires. So happy with the new ride. Everyone was respectful and professional. Have turned to this company several times for various tasks.

Great service at a reasonable price

Had an easy fix, tire emergency. Said they wouldnt help and left us to stall out. Awesome place.... not.

Wonderful service, honest assessment

We were from out of state and were staying at a hotel nearby. When we got to our car to leave we discovered we had a dead battery. The hotel suggested calling A1. Even though they were busy they came right over and charged our battery for us. Amazing and excellent service! I'm so thankful for them.
