Very friendly service. Was completed much quicker then I anticipated, and there was no attempt to upsell me something.

I was helped by Adam and he was very professional, helpful and friendly. I took in my Taurus because of a broken spring and was informed that there were a few more things that were in dire need of repair. Adam called me up to explain what they found and what needs to be fixed and what could wait. He had two quotes ready to go for me. He also talked to me about what he would do if it were his vehicle and why. They gave me time to think it over and waited for the green light. They then kept me informed along the way to when the car would be finished. Very happy with the service and how fast they worked to get my car done. I will go back to H-1 for future repairs!

repair was not major but was handled efficiently and cost was competitive. Glad your company was able to work with extended warranties. Entire staff is very courteous. I plan to be a repeat customer for everything from oil changes to repairs. Glad your techs are ASE certified!

They just did a good job fixing my car and it was done by the end of the day like they promise.
