Appreciated the upfront estimates, the honesty and transparency and most of all the price!

I rate you as a 4/5 on my first visit because it took over an hour for an oil change. I called in advance, and was told to come in. However, your facility was very clean, modern, and you had a great selection of coffee, and treats. Staff was very friendly. The price on my oil change was great. I had a coupon, and that is what brought me to you- so, all in all, you did a good job! You may want to put up a sign outside for customers to park out front since a lot of places have you drive into the service area. Hope this is helpful.

We started going here because we got a coupon in the mail for a FREE brake inspection and at the time, my breaks were smelling a bit funny so we went in to get them checked out. I didn't know anything about this company but we thought we'd give it a shot. The guy looked over my car and found out that at my last oil change (which had been recently) the cap was never put back on correctly and my car was leaking oil which was causing the smell. He didn't even make us pay for that visit which was nice enough to make us want to come back. Both my husband and I brought our cars back to get the oil changed and we've been happy with the service each time. We even moved out of Maple Grove where there is a closer location than this one, but because we love the service we get at the Maple Grove location, we continue to go there. The guy we always see is so friendly in a genuine way and makes you feel like you're important, instead of just another car. He remembers you and takes the time to get to know you. For service that good, it's worth the drive!

The environment was 1st class and the service personnel were excellent. The only improvement I would make was the time it took to complete the job. I was there almost 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Otherwise the service was great!

We've only been to your location a few times, but each time we were given exceptional service! We even moved to Minnetonka where there is a closer location than Maple Grove, but because we love the service we get at the Maple Grove location, we continue to go there. For service that good, it's worth the drive!
