Excellent service, just what we needed on a stressful day

We started going here because we got a coupon in the mail for a FREE brake inspection and at the time, my breaks were smelling a bit funny so we went in to get them checked out. I didn't know anything about this company but we thought we'd give it a shot. The guy looked over my car and found out that at my last oil change (which had been recently) the cap was never put back on correctly and my car was leaking oil which was causing the smell. He didn't even make us pay for that visit which was nice enough to make us want to come back. Both my husband and I brought our cars back to get the oil changed and we've been happy with the service each time. We even moved out of Maple Grove where there is a closer location than this one, but because we love the service we get at the Maple Grove location, we continue to go there. The guy we always see is so friendly in a genuine way and makes you feel like you're important, instead of just another car. He remembers you and takes the time to get to know you. For service that good, it's worth the drive!

Your first impression will always be the best, and there is no one else who had gone out of their way to help me more. Really! I went to two dirrerent shops and they both told me that I would have to overhaul my transmission at the cost of around $2500. You are the only ones who was honest and told me it could be fixed with a $20 part. The second time I came in, I just wanted an oil change, and even though they had a line up of cars to come in at 8AM, they still took the time to do a 21point inspection with an oil change. You guys are the best. I mean that. Not just in a polite way, in a absolute honest way. You earn your name every time. Sincerely, Patricia

The name fits perfectly! They are HONEST, fast, and friendly. Usually , my husband would take care of my car stuff. Needless to say , I was clueless about that stuff. New battery & oil change was all I needed. I had called our usual place to explain what was going on, they told me it was going to be $800 or more. I couldn't believe f****stone, we have always keep up it. I called honest 1 with the same story, was told I could bring it in that day. Glad I did, we have found a new trust worthy place to take our cars to in the future.
