I'm not sure that the repair made to my car was right the first time, but the problems and issues I'm dealing with were explained to me thoroughly and pleasantly. I had a wonderful time chatting with the front desk workers and the other clients at the Maple Grove location. When came in for service the first time, it was for an oil/filter change/check, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but I knew it needed to be done. The process was explained to me kindly, and I wasn't made to feel disrespected for have no knowledge of car mechanics. I requested service a second time, and was greeted warmly by the team who recognized me and were once again extremely engaging. My vehicle is getting pretty worn down, and I was offered up additional information about how to keep it from deteriorating faster than usual. Of course, after that second visit (with a discount card that knocked off the already-reasonable price), my vehicle has already begun to express distaste for its own existence.
