Went in for an oil change and found out we needed new coolant as ours wasn't rated low enoigh. Took a little longer than expected bit the staff was very friendly and apologetic.

Basically, I was in need of same day auto service...now, my issue was one that could take up to two days or more, but honest-1 waa able to get me in right away and get the issue taken care of...the only issue I had was their communication...I was always calling asking for updates instead of them calling when they said they would...other than that, they will be doing all o my auto work from here on out...they really went above and beyond my expectations...

Great service, professional and courteous staff with great prices. No heavy sales pressure or tricks to get you to buy something you don't need. Now that I've found Honest-1, I'm not going to go anywhere else. Why would I? Other places have lied to me, Honest-1 never has. Thanks you guys! Keep up the great work!

Happy that I knew you guys were by my chiropractor after having battery/winter issues early in the week. The staff was very easy to talk with and straight w/me as far as how long it would take.
