As a girl I hate going to get my oil changed because I always get forced in to buying a bunch of things that my dad could have done for cheaper, and when I got my oil changed here I didn't feel pressured to do anything! :) Very friendly as well.

First of all great waiting room does not feel like you're in a car shop. Having to bring my car in a couple times for completely different problems. Both times I've felt like was getting a fair and honest answer of what's wrong with my car. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks

Overall, it was generally a good expericence. The discount card is a good deal, and the waiting area is lovely, like a comfy living room! I especially appreciated the use of the free internet and computer. Doesn't hurt that a nice breakfast cafe is nearby. Although the oil change went fine, they reported my tires were at 11/32--"no problem"---but soon another shop told me they were at 4/32 (back) and 7/32 (front)--so new tires are needed for winter (which another place had told me, too.) I would appreciate a written sheet of all the shop checks and the results in the future (eg prior oil level, tire tread depth, headlight check, etc.).

I was so impressed by the atmosphere in the office. It was clean and up to date. Not what you'd expect to find in an auto shop. Job well done to whomever is running the show over there. I plan on returning and would definitely refer a friend or two. :)

I really like the waiting room area, very comfortable. I thought the time was great, and really appretiated that they checked me out while my car was being brought up front as I was in a hurry. Compaired to jiffy lube and valvoleen the cost was low that makes me happy.
