Some replacement parts were recommended, but with the foreign car that I have I will have to save up before being able to get it fixed. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

They actually had a few challenges getting the correct parts, but they COMPLETELY took ownership of the problem and were extremely accommodating. I believe you really learn about quality of customer service when things don't go exactly as planned. Honest-1 Auto Care really stepped up!

As a girl I hate going to get my oil changed because I always get forced in to buying a bunch of things that my dad could have done for cheaper, and when I got my oil changed here I didn't feel pressured to do anything! :) Very friendly as well.

First of all great waiting room does not feel like you're in a car shop. Having to bring my car in a couple times for completely different problems. Both times I've felt like was getting a fair and honest answer of what's wrong with my car. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks
