Chad Granmoe and his team were very helpful in assisting me with diagnosing and mitigating oil pan and transmission line leaks. Work was done within a reasonable amount of time. Quoted estimate was comparable to similar shops in the area and Chad ensured I had means of transportation while my vehicle was being looked at. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Honest1 in the future.

I have always been given a cost for service in advance of services rendered, so I don't understood a reviewer's comment to the contrary. I recommend this shop and have confidence in the services provided and appreciate the way they treat their customers.

I cannot say enough good things about Maple Grove Honest-1. I’ve been bringing my car here for the last few years. I initially picked this location simply because it was a few blocks away from where I had just moved. I recently moved 30 minutes away and it wasn’t a question if I’d continue bringing my car here. They’re professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When unexpected repairs have come up, they take the time to walk me through why it needs to be done, if it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait a few months. Rick goes above and beyond and knows me by name. I highly recommend Honest-1 Maple Grove.
