I had a wheel bearing go out, 60 miles from home. I called on a whim and they got me in immediately, only to find that both front bearings were out! 3 of my 4 brake calipers were rusted up, and seized. They were able to get all of the parts they needed, and had me back on the road in just a few hours. Very appreciative of the job they did. Excellent service shop!!

I brought my 2015 Ford Taurus Interceptor in for A/c repair and I had gotten a quote of approximately $220 over the phone for a two hour fix of the A/C after the diagnosis. My car had an issue with the transfer case i learned from the diagnosis. I understand the the interceptor model is built different, but the man on the phone said he has worked with these cars before. I took a walk around maple grove while I waited. Later about 1.5 hours into the fix I get called from honest auto, saying the fix would take a lot longer than originally expected, and the price would become doubled over $550. This is because they would have to remove the dashboard. I cannot afford this after learning my Transfer Case apparently must be replaced said the diagnosis. I am paying for college tuition for this year and next. Honest auto did not stay honest to their original quote and put my car back together halfway through the job. I was hoping they would honor the quote and finish the job for the original $220. They Charged me $159 for the diagnosis and left me with my broken A/C and wasted hours. The man at the desk said he would credit me with $159 but to prove that I only have his word, no paper credit. The mechanic showed me he knew how to fix it, and again, In person I told them I could not afford it. After telling others my experience I realize how unprofessional this was. Taking my car elsewhere.

Products they installed, failed. Brought it in for them to check. They admitted there product failed in the 36/36, and then continued to give us excuses why they wouldn't honor there warranty! We're having another party do the work on all our vehicles from now on. Poor product, poor customer service! Having the product tested and will be sending Honest 1 Auto care the bill. Highly recommend you do not go to this business for services! You might want to take the Honest out of your title, just saying. Also sad some of the change in my vehicle grew legs, guess someone needed a soda at work. I would have gladly bought one for you! Sad.

Quick and efficient service. Fair price. Even gave me a ride home when I added some services to my oil change. Would recommend.
