Maple Grove Auto Repair

I was replacing the rear brakes on my 2015 BMW 228i X-drive Coupe, but could not -- to my anger and embarrassment -- remove the right rear wheel. I drove to Honest-1 Auto Care (Maple Grove) on Saturday morning of Labor Day Weekend and asked if they could remove the wheel for me. Service Advisor Jon Farrand said they could do it in about half-an-hour. I walked to Brueggers to get a cup of coffee and received a call telling me they were finished almost before I had my first sip. My bill was only $14.29, but Jon treated me like a $1429.00 customer. I could not be happier with the courtesy and service Honest-1 Auto Care provided for me. I am a unrepentant old shade tree mechanic, but when I have a job beyond my capability, Honest-1 Auto Care is the first place I will call.

Even when getting work done on your car is never exactly fun, I really enjoy bringing my car to these professionals! They always treat me with respect and give me options of what to do. They give their recommendations but also their honest opinions on what needs to be done now and what can wait a while. They are fast and have great communication as well. Highly recommend!
