Had a mishap with the AC unit in the traverse but they owned up to the mistake and got it fixed. I will contn7 to always bring my cars to them. My 56 Chev and 75 Nova will be there in the next couple weeks

Very good service

I have been coming here for a while now, I bring my 2010 Impala and 2018 Accord. I’ve tried other places in the area but something keeps me coming back here to Honest-1. The staff is super friendly and helpful. When explaining repairs, they make sure you understand what’s being done and why; while also making sure you approve each repair being done (so you don’t wind up with unexpected charges e.g. “I didn’t ask for this.”) I also appreciate their willingness to bring you back in the shop area and show you what they want to fix and why. You then see what the mechanic sees and know they’re not pulling your leg. I came in here once with my Impala which turns out needed more than a couple things fixed. I didn’t want to drop the $$$ at the time to fix all of it, and they understood that. So what Rick did was give me a breakdown of what the different repairs were and then gave me a “fix this now” and “fix this later” list, which was really helpful. It gave me peace of mind that I could come back to something later and still feel safe on the road now. I recently wrapped up the suggested repairs on that 2010 Impala and the thing drives way better than it did before. Some of the work they did was related to the steering system and when I got the car back, I noticed the wheel sat a little crooked when I drove straight. I called these guys up and they told me they’d take care of it, no problem. And they did. Less than an hour, at no charge to me, I was driving away with the steering wheel straight. I really appreciated that, not just that they were willing to right their wrongs, but that they honestly stand by their work and want to make any wrongdoings, right. I have referred this shop to my sister for repairs on her Impala and if my mom needs any repairs, I’m referring her here too (as opposed to Miller Chevrolet, where they normally go). On the lobby of this shop they have their mission statement, which includes the phrase, “we’ll treat your car like it’s ours”. And I believe that. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an auto shop.

Had an awesome experience using Honest for the first time. Jon went way out his way to endure I had a ride while repairs were happening, which came out SIGNIFICANTLY less than expected. They were also able to get the repairs done within just a few hours when I was expecting to have to wait at least two business days. Highly satisfied with my experience. Would recommend to anyone.
