First time getting an oil change here, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Special thanks to Rick! Typically, oil changes/car services are not something people look forward to but he was extremely helpful and friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. Great customer service.

I started going to this location after moving here last August. I struggle to find shops I trust. These guys are the best! They are so informative and will show me directly what is wrong with my car. My first visit was to get a second opinion on something I needed fixed that another shop had told me. They were so “honest”(no pun intended):)) and told me I could wait a while. Tyler and Rick have always been so accommodating at the front desk and willing to answer all of my questions. Would 100% recommend these guys!

I was extremely disappointed and feel miss-led. I received a promotion for an oil change for $19.99. I did not necessarily need an oil change but at that price it was worth getting one early on what I would understand is a virus-induced promotion. The ad included the term "synthetic blend oil included". When I got to the site I was told that because of the oil THIS car required the charge would be $58.81. I wasn't offered options on the oil, just the final price. This isn't a diesel or a high performance car, it's a VW EOS. I understand an upcharge for a premium oil but almost $40 from what was already stated a synthetic blend without any options appeared an all out deception. That's a 271% charge from what was in the promotion. I've spent enough at Honest One in the past to pay for a whole car. I'm not likely to spend much there any more. I only offered 1.5 stars because the scheduling was easy and the timing convenient.

They told me what my car needed in an honest timely fashion and did not even get paid for their service since I chose not to have anything repaired yet.

Very upfront and honest. They stay true to their name. I brought my leaky 2008 F-150 in and Tyler was very helpful. I really appreciated all their opinions on what the best route was with my truck. I will continue to give my business to Honest-1 and recommend to family and friends. Also to whoever may be reading.

Everthing wrnt great

Great customer service. Had blown out spark plug fixed and estimate was very reasonable. Decided to replace the rest of plugs on 6.8 litre v 10, that cost surprised me but I'm sure it is not a easy job, Truck runs great. Would highly recommend honest 1 service. Thank you. Larry
