Everyone I worked with was polite, professional, and thorough. I love the text message updates and prompt communication. They went the extra mile to offer solutions to replace the air suspension in my Lexus, while knowing ahead of time that I was not prepared to make a decision.

I had some major issues with my vehicle without knowing how bad it was. They got me in literally right away, and diagnosed and fixed them quickly knowing I was traveling and needed to get on the road ASAP. I would take my vehicle here any time.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. Some items cannot compete with big box stores and that is expected. If cheap is what you want instead of guaranteed service and products, they’ll even direct you somewhere else. It’s a no pressure shop

Kind, quick, affordable service.

I have been taking my SUV to Honest 1 for four years, and they always take good care of me, never overcharging me or recommending unneeded work. After some repairs done recently, there were still lingering issues & worrisome noises. But with a substantial expense of time & effort on the part of Honest 1, all issues were resolved at no additional expense to me. They gave me a loaner while they did the initial repairs and during the time they were trying to resolve the post-repair issues. They are always very courteous
