Brought my car into the shop because of antifreeze leaking and possible wheel bearing or tire issue. Rick helped get me in and out fast. He informed me that my water pump was leaking and that my tires had cupped. Instead of just taking me money to fix the pump he told me to contact Toyota because he believed that the water pump would be covered under the drivetrain warranty. ( I didn't have an extended warranty and to my knowledge my warranty was up) Turns out he was correct, he saved me $600 by looking out for my best interest and not just Honest-1 shop and making money. That really showed me the type of guy I was dealing with, showing he cared for the customer. I gave them my business for a new set of tires and Rich found a coupon that would apply to that service, also saving me money. I'll be getting future work done with Honest-1 and developing a relationship with them.

Helpful staff and frequent updates. I like the text notifications to let you see the specific diagnostics done during service. Will return again!

I brought in my SUV for an oil change. Rick D, was extremely kind and friendly. I had both my kids with (toddler and baby) and he made my experience very pleasant. I appreciated him giving my a discount on my oil change even though I printed the wrong coupon. Also there seems to be a sense of honesty unlike a lot of auto shops. He did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. I ended up getting one extra add on, but he confirmed with me PRIOR to just doing it to my car. Im very happy with my experience and will make sure to only take my cars there from now on. Thanks again Honest-1 of Maple Grove.

Talk about helping a person out. One of the struts broke on our mini-van on Saturday. I brought it to them at 2:00 pm and they said they would try get it done by the end of the day. They had it done by 5:00 and changed the oil too. Talk about good, fast service! The price was reasonable too. They have earned our business going forward. We have now taken all four of our vehicles to them for service. They have always done an excellent job for a fair price.
