This was my first time to use services from Honest-1 in Maple Grove. I had a a fairly lengthy chat with Rick Duchene, Service Manager, before moving forward. That gave me real peace of mind that this is a highly well run professional operation with competitive rates. They did excellent work on my air conditioning system, and battery/starter operation. Then I received exceptional follow-up emails. They also service 0% interest payments, and much more. A very clean top notch place! I am switching to Honest-1 from Maple Grove Tires Plus. Right to business without the fluff of asking about your day. Had an appointment that was scheduled a day in advance, got in and out with ease. I personally like those small social ettiquetes but I know not everyone does, so both a good or bad thing depending on your expectations. Good location to get into and easy to see from the road. Personally not likely to be a returning customer due to feeling service missed on some proefessionalism - but maybe you want a direct service with no small talk and that's great too.

Honest1 and Ritchie have become our new go-to for our cars. We have 4 vehicles, 3 of the 9 years or older. We always feel like we get a fair and accurate assessment of the issue and options for fixing.
