These guys are great! They are very friendly and service was efficient and thorough. They are very conscious about making sure you know what services you need and why. I will definitely be coming back here!

I have had a lot of trouble with my car the last 6 months, I had to replace the water pump, a whole new engine, breaks, tires, shocks, spark plugs, etc. Honest One worked with me and the pricing, to get the best possible results. They also explained in detail what was happing and my options to fix it. The staff and customer service is excellent. I never once felt they were cheating me or charging for unnecessary things. If anything they were cheated as they provided me a discount. I will always be a loyal customer to them. They also drive you to your work and provide you a rental car if they have them available.

I’ve gone to Honest-1 Maple Grove twice in the past 3-5 months and both times the staff have been incredibly friendly, upfront and professional with me. As someone who doesn’t understand much about cars, I trust the folks at Honest-1 to tell me what I need to done and provide honest feedback every time. While my second visit with them was a tad bit of an emergency & they could not fix the issues at hand (transmission recall issues that only the manufacturer/dealership could handle), they ran the codes on my Check Engine light and they provided me with copies of both TSPs/Service Bulletins for my specific make & model to provide the dealership. Truly wonderful staff that I enjoy talking with and supporting!

When you need the best car care, go here. If you know exactly what needs t b done then tell them upfront. Otherwise their comprehensive check covers everything, and you pay a little more for what you select compared to smaller shops. They're not "pushing" more services, they give you vital information in your cars needs.Tell them flat out if you don't want low priority work done, they listen and give you an honest acknowledgement to your choices.

Very thorough and efficient! Prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and kind!
