I took my truck to get worked a couple weeks, ago i had my experince with jon. He was awesome even when i needed them to look at it aigan for a bad rubber smell they didnt charge me just to look at it like most auto car shops. Jon was very knowledgeable and he reassured me everything is good i think i found my new place to get truck fixed at.

Update: I still love Honest-1 Maple Grove! The best customer service and care! I recently had to replace my transmission and a complicated fix for my headlight. Jon is great and arranged a ride for me when I was stranded with a broken transmission. They loaned me a car for the time my car was in the shop and Jon was so good about keeping me updated and letting me know my options for repairs. They saved me lots of money and did an expert job! You can easily find coupons for oil changes too. I highly recommend them! I’ve been taking my BMW to Honest 1 for the last 2 years. Staff is always friendly, prompt and professional. Front desk and sitting area is clean and welcoming. Plus there is a cute kids corner and free WiFi! When work needs to be done on my car, they will take me back to the garage so I can look with my own eyes and I’ve never felt like they have tried to upsell me or have repairs that were not necessary. They truly stand up to their name!

I’ve taken my 3 cars here now a few different times and each time something different and each time they’ve been extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I felt the pricing was extremely fair.

It was easy to schedule my appointment on line so that makes it convenient. I was given my first choice of appointment times. Personable and friendly service when you arrive. Someone always sitting at the front desk to greet you. I was told my car would take possibly an hour but it was done within about 30 minutes. No major issues though, just an oil change, so no complaints.

The auto had trouble starting on a Saturday morning Honezt-1 was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem within an hour. rather surprised at the cost (high), but on a Saturday morning in the bitter cold, not many options and was glad they could accommodate.
