I love the convenience, the clean and professional waiting room, the professionalism of the staff, and the price. My favorite reason for loving Honest 1 is because when they recommend something for your car, and you choose not to do it, they don’t pester you or make you feel guilty about not doing it.

Comfortable experience. Did not feel treated less or "patted on the head" as most auto repair establishments tend to do to women.

I went in for an oil change and left with a brand new battery! The team at Honest-1 Maple Grove are beyond helpful! I came in for a standard oil change and they noticed my battery was performing low. They also took the time to review when I purchased my battery and saw it was under warranty, so they replaced it with a new one at no cost to me. Seriously, above and beyond. Also, I was able to work from the shop, since they have free wi-fi, meaning I didn't have to take any time off during the workday. I will be back for any service needed!
