I always feel like I’ve been treated fairly by Rick and the guys at Honest-1 Maple Grove, whether it was routine maintenance or a repair, whether it’s me and my car, or my kids and their cars. My most recent experience was no exception. My Volkswagen threw me a curve ball and I had to have it towed in (thanks, AAA!) The symptoms led me to suspect one thing, but they were able to quickly and competently diagnose the root cause as something something I would not have suspected. They made the repair, and the VW is back on the road, getting me to work.

Very very straight up and honest people about what needs to be done to your vehicle. They don't pressure you into getting the work done but do recommend what needs to be done first if you have more than one problem. They do very good work too!! They also just very fun to joke with and every time I come in for maintenence it's like we picked up where we left off. Great service, great hospitality!!

Good,quick service

The staff here are so good at explaining what needs to be done and why. We needed a labor intensive job done that would have been more than $1000 (changing out en entire oil pan), even when we approved that, they still tried to find another way to make it cheaper yet a quality fix for us, and they did! We got a call back that they were able to successfully fix something before doing the big job that they thought they would have to do, and it ended up costing us $180! Just pleases me that they are not money hungry and will not push to fix what is not broken. We will keep going back!
