Outstanding service. When I was paying for an oil change I discussed with the service writer the possibility of one of my tail lights being burned out. The service writer (not the mechanic) asked me to pull around back so he could check it out. He ended up replacing a bulb for no cost. This was all pretty close to closing on a Friday evening. Honest-1 has earned my business for good.

Great professional service. They were very open with what needed to be fixed and even alternate routes of how to save money going through my dealership for certain things using my warranty. They definitely care about the quality of their job and your car and don't try to upsell you with additional unnecessary services.

I have 4 vehicles and I get them all serviced at Honest-1 in Maple Grove. The front desk Service Desk people are excellent. Rick is outstanding. I do not work for the company, nor do I have family or friends who work for the company, but they are good and I believe they are trustworthy. I've taken my cars there for probably 4-5 years.

I previously had a less than stellar experience and had left a poor review in frustration with the situation. Rick called and we talked it out and he completely remedied the situation. I was going to take my business elsewhere but they had great customer service and resolved my issue completely. Thanks so much. I will definitely bring my vehicles back when they need repairs.
