They were able to take me in last minute for an oil chang. They said they couldn’t give me a definite time it would be done which I understood and was fine with since I didn’t need my car for the rest of the day. They called me about and hour later saying it was done already. Very quick for a walk in! The staff were also very friendly and easy to talk to.

My air conditioning went out on your trip to the twin cities. I called and they were able to get us in and had it fixed the same day. The price was half of what Tires plus wanted. Will use them again if we are in the area.

I thought the service was very fine, and staff was friendly, and I received a detailed list of what was recomended for car but not presured to get done right away.

Miguel got my car in and looked at in a timely fashion. He called before doing any work to make sure I was okay with a diagnostic fee. When it turned out the diagnostic wasn’t needed, they let me know and didn’t charge me for it. I will use Honest 1 again!

I don't normally write reviews but I feel I needed to after my last service appointment. I have been coming to this location for many years and have always had great, and like their name states, honest service. They have never tried to sell me something I don't need. And if I do need extra work done, they will bring you into the service area to show you so you can see for yourself. I needed new tires and Hunter worked with me to get me a great deal that worked for my budget. I had my tires ordered and put on in no time. And John was nice enough to stay after closing to make sure I was well taken care of. Thanks again Honest 1 Auto Care.
