I am a repeat customer at HONEST1. The guy's have always provided great customer service. I do have some experience in the car care industry, and always let shops hang themselves by trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. HONEST1 has never done this to me. Dead battery..John got me in , diagnosed, replaced battery and full synthetic oil change in an hour. Pleasant experience.
