Maple Grove Auto Repair

What a great experience. I was greeted right away by the store manager Rick DuChene, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough in explaining everything they were going to be looking over on my vehicle. There were no high pressure sales tactics or attempts to sell me on any additional repairs or services. He kindly explained the things I should be keeping an eye on over the next 30,000 miles, and welcomed me to come back should the need arises. Beyond the excellent service I received, I was equally impressed by the prices. I am glad I found this place. They truly earned my business.

My oil change was promptly taken care of, but because of a clerical error, I was told it may be several hours. I did not have a ride, so I would need to wait. I had called for an appointment earlier during the day, and was told about a 4:30 opening. I took the appointment, and when I showed up, there was no record of it. Somehow the appointment was listed on a different day, for a completely different time. So, I knew that it wasn't me that goofed, because a different time slot or date would not have been an option for me this weekend. I was prepared to be there for a long while, so when I was told the car was finished, and it had only been an hour wait, I was quite pleased!!

Very satisfied brought my car in to get an estimate on a tranny problem and they made me feel comfortable with their free estimates and gave me a sense a hope that my car will make it through the winter

The service is phenomenal. They love to take walk ins and they treat you like a superstar. Know reason to go anywhere else

Have been taking my vehicles to Maple Grove Honest 1 for little over three years for service and repairs, have gotten professional service from arrival to departing ..... Repairs done correctly the first time while being kept informed of repairs and progress... Never pressured for repair work not immediately needed. Have total trust knowing I will be treated as person and not just another customer.

Price for the service requested was reasonable and the work was completed timely and appropriately.
