The service was great.

I needed an oil change and I had received a flyer for a "Summer Road Trip Special" which also included a tire rotation and brake pads inspection, which I also needed. The staff was very respectful and welcoming. (This was my first time going to this business) The guy at the front desk, Brad Kast, knew his stuff. I enjoy driving my car but when it comes to knowing what needs to be done/recommendations, I am not in the least bit knowledgeable on car parts, etc. Instead of just telling me the recommendations, Brad went above and beyond the call of duty, and shared/showed me using a visual of what needed to be done. He even had me speak with the Mechanic (Tyler) who was very helpful and knew just how to communicate with me to make sure I understood what was going on. Brad also said it would take about an hour & a half and it took just shy of an hour. I will DEFINITELY come back and I would Highly Recommend Them! Blake Johnson

I have been goig to Honest-1 Maple Grove for several years for oul changes and refular maintenance. I have always had a pleasant experience and they have always been courteous and patient explaining "car stuff" to a guy who knows nothing about cars.

Great customer service. I went in for an oil change and was immediately impressed by the way they treat their customers. They have fair prices and don't try to sell more than what you come in for. I will definitely go back in the future.
