Good results in short period of time. However the labor part of the bill was significantly higher than the parts.

I was very happy with the entire process. Appointment was set with a person on the phone. I was greeted by a helpful and friendly customer representative. The check in was quick. I got a text a few minutes later with a clear estimate, gave the go ahead, when I returned my car was ready in just a few. A thorough inspection had been performed and there was no “extra work” suggested. A fair price and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this business.

I came in with my tire light on, even after I had filled a tire and gotten the light off at the beginning of my commute. They were able to fit me in same day and find a leak and a faulty sensor and get it fixed. When my tire light was still on the next morning, they fit me into their day again, found the issue, and fixed it at no additional cost. Rick was friendly and so helpful. I don’t always get the best customer service at auto shops, but I was so happy with the service I got here. I will definitely be back!

Car was in for service at agreed upon time and took about as long as they said it would, no annoying "upsell" (you know, take a car to most shops and they'll shake it until something falls out so they can charge you to replace it). Price was very fair and they even applied a discount without being asked. I've been to the Uptown and MG locations and will return to either for sure.

Great place to bring your vehicle! Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Had my car in for oil change and tire rotation - tech checked tires and said I didn’t need tire rotation yet. Nice to know they don’t do what does need to be done!

I trust honest 1 auto care to maintenance my vehicles, I have bmw, and honest 1 is actually better and cheaper to maintenance my vehicles. Very trusted and affordable
